PPA, Inc.  Refund/Return Policy

2019 Annual Conference Registration – The following criteria apply to PPA Conference Registration fees.

  • If the original registrant is unable to attend, in lieu of a refund, a substitute attendee (at no additional cost) is acceptable.
  • If the decision is made to cancel conference registration, ALL conference registration cancellations are subject to a $150.00 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after May 20, 2019 for the 2019 conference will NOT be refunded under normal circumstances. 
  • The Director of Conference in conjunction with the PPA Executive Steering Committee can be petitioned to consider training refunds for exceptional circumstances.

PPA Membership – Membership, except as noted above for conference registration, is Non-refundable.

PPA Procedure Writer and Planner Writing Certification – Certification fees are non-refundable once training is completed.  If a certification class is cancelled prior to completion of the classroom or on-line training and is not subsequently available to be completed at a time and place that is acceptable for the student, then any certification fee paid toward the cancelled class will be refunded.
